Once a digital product (such as software, course, or downloadable content) has been accessed, delivered, or activated, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
For subscription-based services, users may cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Cancellation will not affect the current active subscription period.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Our team will investigate the issue, and if it is verified and cannot be resolved, a refund or alternative solution may be provided.
Subscriptions (monthly/annual) can be canceled anytime.
No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of an active subscription period, unless required by law or under exceptional circumstances.
Users are responsible for canceling subscriptions before renewal to avoid automatic billing.
If a refund is approved by LAKHSMAN WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED, it will be processed within 1–2 business days.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe depending on the payment provider.
